After booking, we'll confirm your preferred places and times in advance, allowing us to create a fully customized tour just for you. We can also add a maid cafe tour as well, if you are interested. We'll also make a stop at some retro "Dagashiya", where you can purchase retro Japanese snacks, games and souvenirs that you can't find anywhere else. Our transportation service will pick you up and drop you off at your desired location.

*Optional Tour for Gamers* When it comes to retro games, it's Super Potato Akihabara store! From Game Watch to 3DS, a wide lineup and overwhelming stock. Masterpieces, obscure titles, and rare items are all abundant. Western games and MSX are of course available too. Just browsing through this fantastic chaos is fun-filled! Occasionally, even celebrities drop by.
Iconic, multi-level complex of independent shops selling manga, anime figurines & related items. I can take to a more deeper shop for specific items like dolls or toys if you are interested.
We can either go to other manga shops or figure shops or maid cafes or anything you prefer of your choice. We can custom the Akihabara tour just for your hobby.
This is one of the oldest Maid cafe and still the most iconic maid cafe in Akihabara. We can go here for option if you wish and we can introduce you to the manners and rituals of how to enjoy a maid cafe from a local perspective.

Friendly and professional. We had an amazing time. It was wonderful to have a pickup and drop off at the hotel, as we were laden with bags. He was super knowledgeable and flexible. He showed us all best places for manga/anime/gaming/figures/toys. If you are on the fence, go with the tour. You won't regret it.

The guide was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also deeply passionate, which made every stop more meaningful. Whether you’re into retro gaming, iconic anime, maid cafes, or collectible hunting, this tour can be fully customized to your preferences. We learned so much about the history behind Akihabara’s transformation into a global otaku hub, and visited some truly unique shops we would have never found on our own. On top of that, we were given tons of amazing recommendations for other things to experience in Tokyo places, food, and neighborhoods we hadn’t even considered. Takeshi was an excellent guide. He guided my son and discussed Anime and Manga as we walked around in Akihabara. He picked us up at the hotel right on time. His English was impeccable. He was definitely passionate about his craft and knowledgeable. Takeshi was amazing. So friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent on this tour. Experience was great other then our host had a personal matter to attend too in which I had to get out of him with why we felt we were being rushed I get it but I don't like dishonesty he should of been upfront with us from beginning we were still understanding other then that awesome Experience he was trying to help me find my Funko pops in Akihabara in which I couldn't find so after he left me and my wife still had an amazing experience. We still did our thing after he left. I would still recommend him but be honest everybody understands things can happen and most of us will be understanding. I had fun at the arcades played some games and got to do the things I have been wanting to do. Please don't discourage my review he was an amazing honest be honest when something happens that's it. He took us to a great maid Cafe that I been wanting to go too.
I booked this tour because my granddaughter is an anime artist and asked me to bring her something from Japan related to anime and manga. Well, thats all i got from her and so was clueless about everything. Thank goodness I had this guide. For one thing he spoke perfect english so there was no communication problem but he also took me through several stores educating me and making suggestions. Not only did I get some things that I think she will love, i got a much better understanding of anime. I loved it. Wonderful guide

Our tour through Akihabara with this fantastic guide was absolutely unforgettable! Takeshi was a fantastic tour guide - friendly and knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. The hotel pick up and drop off in a private car was a nice added touch. He researched things as we were touring around to find just the right spots. We had a terrific tour!
