Once you exit the terminal building, please follow the signs to the taxi & pre-booked transport pickup area. Look for our driver holding a sign with your name and the logo of our company on it.

Important Information
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Maximum waiting time is 25 minutes after the confirmed pickup time. After that, an additional charge of 250 Mexican pesos for the first hour will be applied.
- If a change of terminal is required due to the incorrect information submitted, a fee of 300 Mexican pesos will be charged.
- Changes of dates or times must be submitted up to 48 hours before the service.
- Late evening, night and early morning services (8 PM to 8 AM) are subject to a surcharge of 350 pesos payable directly to the driver.

They never picked us up! My husband and I was left at the airport without transportation. It was hot and uncomfortable. We were hassled by others asking did we need a ride? We got assistance from the staff there to get transportation to our resort. We paid 85.00 usd for a 20 minute ride!! Disappointed in this experience is actually an overstatement!
Driver spoke limited English, but not a problem with translation app. Eduardo waited for us. Our plane was delayed. He did not get mad. He stopped the car when our child was feeling sick for a few minutes. We appreciate him for his kindness.
Excellent service, with spacious and clean transportation. We were a group of 9 people, the driver arrived at the agreed time and were always in communication, I would definitely hire them again.
