I had a tiny quiet well-behaved 6 pound Chihuahua in a small-soft crate because nowhere on the website did it say pets not allowed. He left me stranded in the driveway by myself at night with a very heavy bag and I am a senior citizen in my 70s with a medical condition. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this operator, in fact, I will warn you away from this operator. Website also said, reserve in advance and pay later. He sent me an invoice immediately to receive pay in advance! DO NOT HIRE MADEST !
