Perfect pick up! Driver on time and gave many info. Very kind people and gave advice about the city of Madrid, site to see and showed us Plaza de Toros.
After a bad experience with the bus tour from which we bailed mid way, we wanted to still get a guided tour of Madrid before exploring some of the sites ourselves. Our guide and driver was right on time to pick us up and was very flexible both with the places we visited and the time we spent at each site. Only nit is that at he would stay with the car and let us go in and was not with us to give more color on the site. He was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable.
