- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Since there's a high chance of getting wet during the trip, you don't need to bring your passport along. Instead, please take a photo of it and store it safely on your phone.
- High-slope/mountain location. Vehicles might have trouble, meet driver down to the road for pick-up
- Unfortunately, due to our tight tour schedules, our adventures aren't ideal for cruise ship guests. We sincerely apologize for this limitation and any inconvenience it may cause. We encourage you to explore other options for experiencing the area during your cruise stop. We wish you a wonderful time on your journey!
- We are happy to accommodate vegetarian dietary preferences and ask that you please advise us of your needs at the time of booking. We will do our best to ensure that you have a satisfying and enjoyable meal during the tour.
- We recommend that you bring along items you would normally bring to the beach, such as sun-tan lotion, hats, sunglasses, beach towels waterproof bags or plastic bag, and a change of clothes if needed. While our boat does have a toilet, it may be cramped if you need to change clothes inside. Therefore, we recommend wearing your swimsuit under your clothing to make it easier to change.
- We do provide our guests with complementary soft drinks and water, as well as fresh fruits, during their visit to Khai Island. However, please be aware that additional services, such as beach chair rental and the purchase of alcoholic drinks, may be offered and charged by the local vendors.
- We pride ourselves on offering smooth and enjoyable boat trips, and while rain doesn't pose any issues, high winds can create choppy waters and affect our planned course. We closely monitor weather conditions and keep our passengers informed of any necessary changes to ensure their safety and comfort
- Fuel & Emergency Policy: All bookings are based on national fuel rates as of March 17, 2026 (Diesel: 29.94 THB/litre | Gasohol 95: 31.05 THB/litre). Due to the ongoing Strait of Hormuz blockade and the resulting national energy crisis, a mandatory Emergency Fuel Surcharge will be implemented if domestic fuel prices at the pump exceed these base rates by 10% or more on the date of travel. This surcharge is calculated based on speedboat fuel consumption and is payable in cash prior to check-in at the pier. Because these tours are high-speed operations with fixed fuel requirements, no lower-cost boat alternatives are available. In the event of a fuel price spike, customers will be notified of the surcharge amount as soon as possible via WhatsApp or Email. Customers may choose to pay the additional surcharge to maintain their booking or receive a 100% refund of their deposit. Sudden global supply disruptions and government-mandated fuel hikes are considered Force Majeure events; no liability is accepted for cancellations or itinerary changes resulting from these external economic shocks.

The Tour was very well organised, our guide Patty was excellent as were her team. We visited some fabulous islands for swimming & sunbathing, James Bond Island & we enjoyed kayaking and exploring the Ice cream caves What really let the trip down was the dreadful food served on the man made island!! It was cheap, tasteless, & with little meat or fish. It could have been so much better, considering the large professional kitchen (at the back of the restaurant) which the islanders have clearly invested in to mass cater for the tourists. My *** review in no way reflects on the itinerary or the hard working team who we tipped. I did a similar trip to Phang Nga Bay 6 years ago, where the food was better.

Staff are all lovely and you can tell they love their job. The islands are all amazing and beautiful. They will give you plenty of water, foods and fruits. Very well organised. My tip is that don’t put any expectation and you will sure get surprised. They can provide camera crew to follow you with extra 1000 Baht only. Value for money. Best island tour we’ve done (and we’ve done three so far). Visited 5 islands, explored one by kayak (every two people get their own kayak with a paddler, leaving you free to take it all in and shoot photos), wade waist deep into a cave (so bring water shoes), go to James Bond island for iconic photo op and cool cave walk, etc. Our guide, Lily, and the boat crew were terrific. The professional photographer’s photo/video package is too expensive ($40) so take lots of your own photos. Buffet lunch at floating village was good. This tour is not for the faint of heart. Speed boat ride can be bumpy, and walking waist deep into dark cave requires courage.
