The guide was very knowledgeable about the city and the history of the places that she took us to, and gave very clear explanations about everything. She was also very careful to ensure our safety in the traffic on the bikes and we felt well looked after!
The bikes were great and it was a quick and easy process to pick them up. We were given clear instructions on how to ride the bikes (it was the first time we rode electric bikes) and suggestions for where to ride.
We had a 4 hour ebike tour with Alex as our guide and had such a great experience and fun. They supplied us with 2 child seats for a 1 and 3 year old, helmets provided and safety instructions explained. Overall a great way to see the Gaudi architectures and the city itself with greet explanation from Alex. We were lucky to do it on National Day of Spain too so rode through all the street parades which were very festive.
We only rented bikes and did not do a tour because we did not have 4 hours to spare. It was our first experience with e-bikes and these were fun to ride. We spent most of the time riding along the beach which was easy to navigate. However when we left the beach and tried to ride to Ciutadella Park it became quite a challenge. Yes there are bike lanes but finding the right ones to get into the park was difficult since there seems to be only one entry into the park. No suggested routes or any other info was offered when we picked up the bikes. We did enjoy our experience overall and would rent from them again. However if you are not familiar with the city I suggest a tour or just a ride up and down the beaches.
Alejandra was an amazing tour guide. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and interesting. Our 3 hour tour never had a dull moment. We made multiple stops to see the historic and beautiful city of Barcelona. Alejandra was very accommodating and consistently checked in with us to make sure we were all doing ok. Her local knowledge of the city of Barcalona is amazing, and she was very passionate about sharing with us her favourite things about the city. I could not recommend a better tour guide. Very happy with our experience.
