After selecting for the tour to be in English we were collect by a lady who could only speak Portugese. After some confusion and google translating later we were transferred on to another coach where thankfully the new lady spoke English. Where understandably traffic cannot be helped we spent the majority of our day traveling with only 3.5 hours out of the 10 hours on the coach having been collected at 07:30 and being dropped back at after 17:30. I am also sure when I book said lunch was included to later find 'food and drink' to not be included, this is very misleading.
