I booked a ride for Today, June 5th, for pickup at Prague Airport st 08,30. You farmed my ride out to a company called Global Travel Support who called me yesterday while I was in Florence, Italy asking “At what time I needed a ride.” The man did not ask about pickup in Prague so I thought he was asking if I wanted a ride in Florence, therefore, cancelled the pickup! Global is not taking responsibility for the miscommunication for lack of clarity. At least, I deserve an apology for this huge inconvenience bring stranded at the Prague airport this morning! Driver showed up at our hotel as expected and got us to the right gate at Prague airport. He was very nice and we had plenty of room for 4 adults and all of our luggage.
When booking this transport, I listed the luggage we would have and was quoted $53.44. When it was time for our pick up, the driver texted our luggage wouldn’t fit in a sedan so we would have to upgrade to a van. I refused the upgrade as we had an agreed upon price. We then got an Uber for half the cost and will be seeking a Viator refund.
I booked round trip transportation. for my airport return transportation for tomorrow (13 May) I was just informed that I will have to pay 6 euro to the driver because my hotel is not in the city? I booked round trip transportation, paid the price you determined and now, from the company you coordinated with is requiring me to pay an additional cost.
Well, how can I say this. The Driver was nice, but omg. He showed up in a beat up van, no airconditior, smelled gas all the way to my destination, which was a 40 minute ride. I would not recommend this service. Felt unsafe and "dirty"
Having a car booked for when we got off the plane was such a reassuring experience. After a long flight and little sleep, it was wonderful to know that someone else would be in charge of getting us to our apartment. And our driver, Martin, was so kind and courteous and went out of his way to be helpful. This was an excellent service and a great way to take some planning out of our trip.
The driver was on time. Very polite. Excellent English, though born in Prague. Very clean and comfortable vehicle.
Unfortunately our driver did not meet us at the baggage exit with a sign as promised. We arrived 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, however after working through Chat and informing the provider of this the driver still showed up later than our scheduled time
The driver never showed up. We waited 1/2 an hour and then got an Uber. That is much more efficient and will save you money.
