- all target points are absolutely overflowing. Even the nice guide can't change that. But it leads you through the masses - Start and bus ride to the exit point a bit hectic
Dear Martin, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the tour did not fully meet your expectations. We hope that, despite this, you still enjoyed your time in the Czech Republic. Best wishes, Team Premiant City Tour
Knowledgeable and effective guide - thank you. However, take heed of the end of tour information - it is on the blurb, but easy to miss - you are left at the top of the castle hill to make your own way back down into town - two trams to get to the boat trip. A lot of walking and self-organisation required, which some less mobile people would struggle with. The coach bit of it was actually just transport up to the castle, not the tour I expected. Again, perhaps I should have paid more attention when I booked it before arriving, so this is not supposed to be a moan, but hopefully helpful information for other people.

Such an interesting tour! Our guide was just lovely and did a fantastic job!! Really enjoyed it! At end, we were able to explore the shops (great little cafe there if you turn left where you come into the shops). She gave great directions on how to get out of there & get back over to Old Town. But instead of going across first bridge you come to, turn right, walk about 10 minutes & you can get to the Charles Bridge and cross there!
Overall, we found the tour of Prague castle grounds adequate. The guide did not know that the castle was closed when we stood in line, and we had to return after the tour was completed to tour the castle. The boat ride was quite good.
Good value for money , lots of info very easy and well organised trip, we had a great day even with the rain
This tour is only for castle and around area. The guide girls speak too much.. and we watch only few
Dear Georgios, thank you for your review. We investigated the situation and as we heard you left the group at the castle at the beginning of the tour. Yes, as it is written at the description of the tour, it is Prague castle interiors guided tour and you got ticket for the boat. Hope you enjoyed your trip in Prague anyway. Best wishes, Team Premiant City Tour
The 100 Spires City Tours seeing Prague Castle with Lucie although on a very cold rainy day was an interesting experience. Despite the poor weather Lucie battled through the elements to provide interesting facts about the castles history, timed the visit to include the changing of the guard and pointed out many significant features which we would have missed. Very worthwhile if you want to understand an important aspect of Prague history
Dear Colin, thank you for your nice review. We are happy you enjoyed it and had a good time. Best wishes, Team Premiant City Tour
Worth every penny. The guide was great and very knowledgeable. Everything ran smoothly. The boat trip was very good too. Only two stops on the tram then 5 minutes walk
Dear Sue, thank you for your nice review. We are happy you enjoyed it and had a good time. Best wishes, Team Premiant City Tour
A bit disorganized in the beginning. I am in a wheelchair and although there were people getting on a small bus, the guide had my husband and I wait, saying another bus is coming that would be for the tour. He was wrong. The guide told some interesting stories and was extremely helpful with the logistics of the wheelchair while in the castle. However there are 2 things- First, the boat for the cruise was quite a distance from the castle. We were left on our own to find our way there. For the cost, there should have been a bus to take us from the castle to the boat. Second, the guide literally abandoned us at the Golden Lane instead of at a train station as advertised. Getting out of Golden Lane was an adventure. We didn't know where we were going and it was difficult to navigate the very irregular cobblestones of the Golden Lane. Once we finally left the castle grounds, we found a taxi and just went back to our hotel, forgoing the river cruise.
Dear Vicki, thank you for your review. We hope you anjeyed it anyway despite written issues. As we have written in the schedule of the tour, the tour ends at the Golden Lane and after that you can take a cruise anytime, anyday by yourself. Best wishes, Team Premiant City Tour
Our guide Carol, a 30 year veteran guiding in Prague, overloaded us with nonstop, rapid speak history. Full of dates and names and births and deaths and architects and kings and descendants and battles, etc. It was not interesting. She needed to tell us interesting stories and anecdotes in a brief space. She wanted to talk the entire tour. There were only two of us, and we had to stop her and ask her to summarize and stop giving 10 minute lectures. It really didn’t do any good, and we dismissed her after half the tour.
Dear Mary, thank you for your review. We are sorry you were disappointed. Hope you enjoyed your trip in Prague anyway. Best wishes, Team Premiant City Tour
