Departing from Portimão Marina, this experience takes you out into the open ocean to encounter dolphins and explore the impressive rock formations of the Algarve coastline. Out at sea, you will have the opportunity to search for dolphins in their natural habitat, accompanied by a marine biologist who explains the most common species in the region, their behaviours and fascinating facts about marine life. The most frequently sighted species include the Common Dolphin (Delphinus delphis) and the Bottlenose Dolphin (Tursiops truncatus). This activity is usually carried out on the Belize III catamaran, equipped with a toilet and free WiFi. A great experience seeing the dolphins and the coastline of the Algarve. The crew were fantastic and knowledgeable. Great price as well!
Everything good in general, but we had quite strong wind…they gave us some raincoats (thank goodness), full to see the dolphins I didn't get wet almost at all (all laughs), but on the way back…believe me you curse it!, there were more dolphins 40 min throwing water at me and at the whole side…cold..cold…and cold, the worst experience of the summer… and I know!!, that neither the boat, nor the company were to blame…it was the wind….
