I have been off and on visiting Montserrat with my parents since I was a kid, but never did an in depth tour of Plymouth. It was absolutely surreal experience. Our tour guy, Steady, was incredible. Not only did he give us in depth explanation of the events, but since he grew up in the exclusion, knew from first hand experience. He went above and beyond on the tour. One of my members was looking for a certain fruit and once he saw it, he stopped and picked some for us. If you want to experience, the ‘Pompeii of the Caribbean,’ this is the tour to go on. Heartbreaking, pensive, but joyous with our guide. Thank you for the experience.
