Very busy, fun evening but it felt rushed as driver was messed about with pick ups and by time we got there no table available they had to make room for us even though we were promised perfect spot in with price. The meal was lovely but that is extra on top of. 70 eur, transport, we had one main course each and one drink each. Average cost meals. 130 eur for 3 hours entertainment bit steep 🥺
The FOOD!! AMAZING 5 stars. The experience was MAGICAL. Chris, family and staff made me feel like family. It was fun and entertaining as they were able to get everyone involved and to interact. Everyone there, even the ones we didn't know, we're like family. We laughed, ate, danced, smashed plates, and carried out a family dinner in true Cretan style. Because of Chris's way of bringing people together I made a new friend. She is from Italy and we spent 2 more days together even though we were solo travelers. The Cretan dinner by far was the most fun out of my whole trip. The food....I cant even describe in words how spectacular the food was. Truly authentic and a taste the leaves yu wanting more with everything you try. Thank you so much for a night I will never forget. This is a MUST do if your in Crete!
Beware, this is a tourist trap. Food is low quality and not worth the money. Very strange atmosphere, owners are South African and pretend to give you a "Greek" night, which was ridiculous. Also beware of prices for drinks. There is no price list.
The food was excellent. The “dancing” was very basic and took forever, with most people being sloppy drunk. There were many times they offered (pushed) shots on our teenage daughters. Beware. Was a looong night with silly dancing and then singing everyone’s national anthems… odd.
Such a beautiful and unexpected evening. Excellent organizer, involves you in everything, puts you at the center of attention at the right time. You dance even if you can't take a step, it stimulates you to socialize with the table neighbors enough to make them almost friends. Songs and dances, music etc... etc... When you arrive he asks you questions to find out if we are close to a birthday, anniversary or anniversary, and when you least expect it he calls you and puts you at the center of attention. All with discretion and joy. There are also serious moments with very appropriate speeches. Participants from all continents meet in unison at every moment. Really impeccable evening. Those arriving in Crete must try it.
An extremely warm and human atmosphere, an encounter with other nationalities. I highly recommend
a very fun evening, if you want to try Greek specialties, there are not as many of them as one would imagine, but in any case you will find something to crack 😃. a place in the restaurant and food are paid for in advance, you pay extra for drinks when you leave the restaurant.
The food was amazing. The dancing and breaking plates was so much fun. Celebrating birthdays and anniversaries and singing every national anthem dragged on a bit, but overall I would do it again!
Not to be missed!! Great hosts!! Great experience!! Great food!! Highly recommended!! Lots of fun!!!
Best night ever! Plate smashing and dancing. Great variety of food selections. We sat at the longest dinner table with people from all over the world.
