Pizza Training Experience. Como Area

Description
Our cooking classes are a unique experiences. We use healthy raw materials, produced mainly by farmers, breeders and artisans of taste who self-identify with our values. We do not only teach how to cook, but also how to understand the products you use in recipes. The food is more than nutrition: it is culture, history, passion. We tell you all this in an informal and friendly way. And then, of course, we start to knead and to get our hands dirty.

Very fun class; enthusiastic local instructors in a Como pizzeria. We learned to make delicious pizza with simple fresh local ingredients. Local wine was served. Informative and fun for everyone, whether you love to cook or just to want to soak up local Italian culture.
Great fun - when visiting Como area take a Pizza class by a professional chef, with a passion guides you through the important steps to make a delicious pizza. Warmest recommendations
The only critical comment I can offer is the location and directions provided in the confirmation email were to a nondescript location in Como and did not call out the unit number for the lesson. But we found Beatrice and she was wonderfully friendly and engaging. We've made pizza for years but this lesson has helped us take our pizza to the next level. My wife and I made 4 individual pizzas that were delicious, and Beatrice provided beer for us to have when we consumed our creations. As good as the lesson and pizza were, the conversation and getting to know Beatrice was one of the highlights of our journey to Como. Oh, the bonus of trying Beatrice's homemade amaretto, chocolate chip gelato was amazing. Highly recommend.
What an amazing experience!!!! David from Slow Lake Como met us at Piazza Volta and he drove the four of us to a nearby village 10 minutes away to Pio’s house where we were treated like family! Valentina was our chef and we baked bread with her and then we each make our own pizza in a wood fired pizza oven in their kitchen. We drank wine, ate delicious appetizers and lots of amazing pizza. It was truly an excellent experience my friends and I will not ever forget! It was the best day of our trip to Italy! Enjoy!
Thanks a lot for the review Mary, Sara
