If you’ve already visited the three main Gili islands and want to explore lesser known islets off the southeast coast of Lombok, pack your swimsuits and jump on this tour! We’ll get off the beaten path to underrated wonders on this full day Pink Beach and Southeast Gili Islands Private Tour. Don’t forget sunscreen and a change of clothes! After pickup at your hotel, we’ll be heading to the Telong Elong Harbor and boarding a private chartered boat to our first stop of the day – Pulau Pasir. Also known as Sand Island, this large patch of, well, sand in the middle of the sea is a great place to swim around and enjoy the clear, turquoise waters.
We’ll head to Pink Beach 2 (Pantai Angin Angin) next. Located barely 2km away from the main Pink Beach or Pink Beach 1, this less-crowded area is the perfect place to relax and swim around.
From Pink Beach 2 it’s just a short boat ride to our next island, Gili Petelu. Don’t expect fancy amenities or even bathrooms on this strip. Don your snorkeling gear, dive into the inviting waters, and hopefully spy a friendly fish or ten.
Explore Gili Gambir, an exotic island in Lombok known for its striking natural beauty and strong cultural traditions. Beyond its turquoise waters and unspoiled landscapes, the island is home to an indigenous community that has preserved its ancestral way of life for generations. Here, you can discover the island’s rich history, learn about local customs, and enjoy the harmony between people and nature. Visiting Gili Gambir offers a unique chance to experience both the stunning environment and the authentic cultural heritage of Lombok.
Snorkeling and paddling around will definitely whip up an appetite, so we’ll head to Pink Beach 1 for a hearty meal right after. Pink Beach is one of the only few pink beaches in Indonesia. It actually gets its color from pieces of reddish coral and shells that get washed up on the shore. Take photos by the pink hued sand and a dip in the sea or sit back and take in the breathtaking view. After a fulfilling day of snorkeling, paddling, and exploring Lombok’s iconic beach, we’ll make our way back and return to your hotel.

Pick-up is free from Mataram, Senggigi, Praya and Mandalika, with additional charges for Lembar (IDR 100,000), Bangsal/Tanjung (IDR 100,000), Senaru (IDR 200,000), and Sembalun (IDR 300,000). Great views, awesome snorkeling. Really relaxed day seeing the many Pink beaches and snorkeling in two spots. It would have been nice to have had the ability to photograph under water.

I’ve been to a few beaches since I arrived. This one was recommended to me, I’m really disappointed by the mounds of rubbish too bad that Indonesians don’t realize they have a gem, it would be so much easier when he drops off tourists to each clean up their turn or do a good cleaning once a week from the beach. The photos are misleading. Aerial view and retouched. The surroundings of the restaurant are littered with garbage of all kinds. And the kitchen gives small restaurants and a filth its name.. I’ve done other beaches in Lombok that are just as pretty, but it’s true that their waste problem is still a big problem, it doesn’t stop the Balinese from being kind and kind.

We enjoyed having Rido as our tour guide, as he was flexible and was knowledgeable. He let us decide which beaches and for how long, and the highlight was boating to the Gili Pink Sand beach after picking out our lobsters in the lobster traps in the Bay for a reasonable price, then the captain of our boat grilled them for us outside at the restaurant where we had a yummy lunch! The Pink sand beaches were quiet, and we had 2 out of 3 to ourselves to swim there🩷

This was a perfect day! Unfortunately my wife was sick this day and couldn’t come out but my tour guide Rido Romance made this unforgettable! We toured the three pink beaches, swam, snorkeled, had lunch, and Rido even took me on a motorbike tour to the top of a hill to see a lighthouse and the stunning views from a cliff! The brightly colored fish and coral reef were amazing and Rido even brought some bread to feed the fish so as I snorkeled they swam all around me! Definitely recommend!!
