I arranged and paid for the museum before going on my trip. The museum staff instructed me on where to meet the tour guide. I waited there for 45 minutes, and no tour guide ever arrived, so I did not get to see the museum.
My guide was terrific. I enjoyed the tou
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and brought photos of other art works to enhance his explanations. Love that we had ear buds and a device to allow us to hear our guide even when we were not close.
Olga E was phenomenal! She was so enthusiastic and educational and provided such a thorough summary of Picasso’s artistic evolution from 14-76.
Olga E is an amazing, informative, passionate tour guide. She led us through the life and works of picasso in such a succinct memorable and lively manner. we walked away feeling like we intimately understood the mind of picasso and the inspiration behind his works. thank you so much, olga e, for your guidance and enthusiasm. highly recommend that you book her for your tour of picasso museum. she is a must have!!!!!! 5 stars all the way
Olga E was fantastic! So knowledgeable and fun with passion for art and especially Pablo Picasso. I left with a robust understanding of his journey as an artist and love of Barcelona.
Olga E was an incredible, enthusiastic guide who gave our group insight into Pablo Picasso’s start, amazing giftedness in his early childhood and onward. She brought me into looking at his art in a way I never had before, and it will influence the rest of the way I view and study his work from this point forward. Thank you so much, Olga. You represent Barcelona well, and the artist who received much of his foundation and inspiration for his genius. Bravo!
Very nice, very perfect, very very good!
This was such a comprehensive and amazing tour of the Picasso museum. Olga E was our guide and she had so much energy and knowledge of the artwork and if Picasso’s life and artistic periods. I would highly recommend this tour!!! So inspiring. Having a great guide makes such a difference in touring museums. So much more interesting and attention grabbing than pre-recorded tours.
Our tour guide never showed up. I paid for a very high-end tour with an experienced guide of the Picasso Museum. We were at the meeting place where I was informed to connect with my guide 15 minutes early. I use the app to text them to alert them that we had arrived. When she didn’t show up and the tour time had come and gone, I called the phone number that I’ve been given. The person seemed confused, took a while to sort things out and then informed us that someone would be meeting us in 45 minutes. We said we would like to cancel the tour as that would be leaving an hour later than we had planned. I then received a call 15 minutes later from someone at Viator who told me that I had gone to the wrong place. I explained that I went to the destination that was in my reservation and in the Viator app. They told me that they would not honor my request for a refund.
