Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup time is between 07:00 a.m. to 07:30 a.m. for the morning session and 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for the afternoon session. Your precise pickup time will be confirmed via email by the tour operator. Please ensure you check your email for this information. Kindly meet your tour guide in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. To maintain fairness for all participants, we must adhere to the scheduled departure time. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show. For those outside the free pickup zone, please proceed directly to the meeting point.

The tour included a transfer over to the jet ski activity from our hotel. Viator sent out a confirmation email saying 8:00am with our hotel address immediately below it saying pickup location. We took that email as that was the pickup time and location as anyone would. 7:38am we get a text from the driver saying if we aren’t in the lobby in 1 minute they are leaving and we can meet them there. We are on the other side of the island and could not make it. No refund, no help. Watch out for Viator and their misleading confirmation email!
