Pickup is available for all hotels within Phuket. An additional charge applies for locations outside the free zone. Pickup time is between 7.00 a.m. - 7.30 a.m., 9.30 a.m. - 10.00 a.m., 12.30 p.m. - 1.00 p.m. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

It was a lovely relaxed tour. Particularly enjoyed the bee farm and cashew nut production. Our guide was excellent, very helpful and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the tour ran on longer than expected and we needed to get back in time for our cruise departure. Our guide kindly arranged transport back to our cruise with another driver at no extra charge from the Old Town. We missed the shopping but it didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the trip. Would highly recommend.
All in all, glad we took this half day tour on our first day in Phuket to get a lay of the land and see a few highlights. Just beware that Phuket is pretty big and they pick up from all over the city, so if you’re not the last ones picked up and first ones dropped off, up to 2 hours of the tour could be spent transiting. We were charged and extra 300 baht per person because our hotel was not central and only found out the day before the trip, when it was basically too late to cancel. Also, part of the tour is to take you to a few local shops where they sell local goods (cashews/honey,etc.). We left our hotel at 1:30 pm and didn’t get back until 7 pm, so it’s pretty long for a half day tour. Overall, though still glad we did it, but kind of wished we had a private driver/tour
