The trip was rushed and we did were not taken to see the Buda because it was closed. I had hoped our tour guide would take us closer but he did not even try. Not happy w the experience. Very disappointing.

However, we would like to clarify that the Big Buddha has been indefinitely closed to tourists due to structural concerns following mudslides, and for that reason, it has been removed from our tour itinerary some time ago. If there was any miscommunication or if you were promised something that was not delivered, please let us know directly—we would be more than happy to investigate and make it right. That said, we regret that the tour felt rushed and did not live up to your expectations. Was good to explore the old town and got some break taking views from viewpoints. Only sad part was we missed Wat Chalong temple due to heavy rain!
