Phuket Airport (HKT) Departure Transfer from Phuket Hotels (Shared or Private)

The driver was on time, even slightly early. He was very nice & got me to the airport without problem.

Communicated pickup time in advance, Driver showed up on time and no issues as expected. Dropped us at airport well on time

They did not include a pick up time when I booked. I thought they would reach out to me later through an email or Whatsapp. I followed the instructions on their confirmation email that said to go to getmypickup.com and enter the booking reference number they gave me on the confirmation they said to use but it kept saying "Transfer Not Found." I messaged them via the Viator app the night before to ask for the pick up time and did not get a response until after the supposed pickup time which they said was 4 hours before the flight leaves. If that was said in the confirmation email upon booking, I would have been fine with that. When they finally responded to me in the Viator app, it was after the pickup time had already passed. They gave me the same booking reference number to use but added "BR-" in front of it, something they left out in the instructions. That's really important, guys. I was already well on my way to the airport in a Grab rideshare by then. They claimed they called me and I didn't answer but I don't answer phone calls due to the high cost of phone calls in another country and I don't feel that that is uncommon. Additionally, I don't answer numbers I don't recognize and there was no communication stating that I would be receiving a phone call to confirm the pick up time. If they had communicated this, then I would have picked up the phone call. I requested a refund for their error and they refused but I'm not surprised because this felt like a scam. Good thing it was only $11. I met up with 7 other friends. I would have liked to recommend them but I'm so glad I didn't. That would have been embarrassing. I'm surprised Viator allows scams to remain on their site. Go with your instincts!

I have used destination services for times for airport pickup/drop offs. Always reliable and fast every time.

Tour guide very nice and gives great history, but the tour is too long. The restaurant food wasn’t great. I ordered SEAFOOD pad Thai and received 4 shrimp with tofu and lots of eggs. All stars for guide. Shorten the tour!

Amazing company. Collected early, arrived at the airport with plenty of time, was greeted by an amazing lady who walked me through the whole ‘covid airport procedure’ with ease. Made me very comfortable and calm throughout the whole Thing. Couldn’t recommend this company more! 5 star service!!
