07:00 - 09:00 am - Pick up from your hotel (Timing is depend on location, we will confirm one day before the tour date) - Arrive at pier. Register for Insurance and take the snorkel equipment, Complimentary with coffee, tea, snack, and seasick pills for everyone. - Depart from the pier to Maya Bay by Speedboat
Sightseeing and relaxing on the white sandy beach at Maya Bay. the most famous point from “The Beach” Movies (Maya Bay will be closed from the 1st of August 2024 until the 1st of October 2024)
Stop for sightseeing and swimming at the Monkey beach. (Please note that Monkey beach is only a small bay. If the tide rises, the island will disappear. This island appears only during low tide) Incase the tide rises we will stop for sightseeing on the boat
Sightseeing at Viking Cave from the boat. Viking cave owns its name to the painting found on the eastern southern walls of the cave drawing by “Captain cook”
Stop at Pileh lagoon for swimming or you can choose to paddle board in crystal clear turquoise water. (Here you also can pay extra for taking a Long tail boat from the local people to take some nice pictures)
Drop customer who not prefer to snorkeling at Phi Phi Island first to have Lunch at Arida restaurant. - Take off to snorkeling at the nearby Phi Phi Island for about 40 minutes (For who that prefer to do the snorkeling, we will bring you to snorkeling before having lunch to avoid vomit after having a full meal) - Head back to Phi Phi Island for lunch and enjoy your free time relaxing on the beach about 1 hour and meet at the meeting point at 2 pm
Depart from Phi Phi to Khai Nok Island for swimming among the fish, drinking and relaxing on the beach, or enjoy water activities (charged extra at the island)
Arrive at the pier around 16:30 pm and transfer back to your hotel

It was an amazing experience to see the outer islands from Phuket, do snorkeling, go swimming & stroll on the beach. We had a great quality meal which was included in the cost. The guide was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour, The crew were so helpful and supportive in helping my wife and I on and off the boat and looking after us when on board. Well worth every cent.
This tour did not meet my expectations after reading all the wonderful reviews. They packed 47 people onto a speedboat that was suitable for 40 people at the most. Snorkeling was confined to a very small area behind the boat and was below average. The islands themselves were beautiful, but teeming with tourists and it was difficult to enjoy the natural beauty.
We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please note that the Phi Phi Islands are one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, so it is completely natural for the area to be crowded and unfortunately this is beyond our control. Additionally, according to Thai maritime regulations, it is not permitted to load a boat beyond its approved capacity. Our speedboat has an official capacity of 49 passengers, and the number of guests on board was within this limit.
Our tour guide was OK but not great. We did not have enough time at each stop and felt like we were being run from place to place . The places we went were very beautiful and unique. The lunch was not good and the restroom facilities at the dining area are definitely not great. Many people got sick on the speed boat from the waves.

We also understand that the sea can sometimes be rough, which may cause discomfort during the speedboat ride.
The staff were very friendly and did a great job. Our guide was funny and full of life. They know the bigger island (phi phi don) is expensive, and they do warn you about this and to buy things on the mainland. The beaches they take you to are out of this world, very beautiful. There's no swimming in Maya Bay, though they take you snorkelling (or diving depending on what you want to do) in two places. Keep in mind that if you want to go see the james bond beaches, you MUST rent a longtail boat. Lunch was good, a good variety to chose from. They finish the trip by taking you to an island full of bars and jet skis. Needed after the long day under the sun. Best thing I've done in Phuket

Great trip. Staff very attentive and just the right amount of time in each place. We really enjoyed it as a great way to see the main sights. We were worried it might be bumpy and wet but it was absolutely fine for. Great value too

A great way to see the Phi Phi islands. We visited some amazing locations. The food at the lunch location was very nice. The swimming and snorkelling was great. The only disappointment was, it felt a little rushed. We would have liked more time at the various spots and less time at the last beach spot. It was a very long day. We’d recommend it to others

Went with my partner and two teenagers. Everyone had a blast. The guide was funny and made sure we understood what to expect at each stop. The water was calm, perfect for less confident swimmers

The listing promises a small-group speedboat experience, but what we actually got was nothing close. We were shoved into a line with 40+ people waiting for a huge tourist boat — completely different from what we booked and paid for. When we confronted the on-site operator, they casually told us that during “high season” they always cram everyone onto the same large boat, regardless of where you booked or how much you paid. In other words, the “small-group” promise is knowingly false. You’re paying for an experience that does not exist, and they absolutely know it. On top of that, the listing also highlighted food options (including vegan/gluten-free), but seeing how they pile everyone onto one boat, I seriously doubt any dietary needs are respected or even considered. It’s clearly a mass-tourism operation pretending to be something it isn’t. To make it worse, the agent who posted the tour was unreachable — he was apparently on the boat himself. Zero communication, zero support, zero accountability. This wasted valuable time on our short trip and left us scrambling for alternatives. Still no refund, no responsibility taken. This is a knowingly misleading listing. Viator should remove it immediately. Do NOT book this tour.
That day our boat actually departed with around ten passengers below its official capacity. The port you visited is a large central marina, and naturally there are many boats and many passengers from different companies departing from the same place. This does not mean that all those people belong to one boat or one operator. We also answered your phone call, but due to weak signal at the pier, the audio quality was very poor. We even asked you to send an email so we could resolve any concerns clearly and properly. Unfortunately, you chose not to do so. Your request for a refund is completely unreasonable, especially considering that all arrangements—including the meal that was prepared for you—were organized in advance. Judging the service based solely on assumptions, without even joining the trip, is not fair. The marina being busy during high season is absolutely normal and is not an indication of any problem with our tour. Our boat was below capacity, operated as described, and all services were fully prepared for you.
The Phi Phi islands are absolutely stunning. I do think they are becoming overcrowded and this is starting to spoil the feel of the islands but understand so may people want to see them.

The trip was fun. The boat was definitely a little crowded but met some friendly people all over the world! The weather was amazing and the spots that we went were out of the storybook! Food was average but no complaints. It was a great experience.
