Great way to see the city and surrounds for first time visitors.
Sunscreen get very hot and you burn. Fans if it's a bit cloudy and may feel a bit cold
Excellent drivers. Cleanly understood the recorded informative information about Perth. Nice easy way to get around and see Kings Park etc. No worries about car parking in unfamiliar places.
It’s was a rainy day when I went on this trip so couldn’t sit in my favourite spot upstairs at the front. For the most part it was an enjoyable and informative experience. However at one stop a large family got on the bus I think to escape the rain as none of them plugged in their ear phones but the daughter had 2 phones one playing music and the other a program with no headphones. After 5 minutes of not being to hear the commentary I aked the mother to ask her daughter to turn them down. Both parents apologised and told her off but nothing changed. I got off at the next stop.
My first time to Perth and what better way to explore the city than a hop on hop off bus. Just the right amount of info to peak your interest and the ability to get off at a stop that took our fancy was awesome. Would highly recommend!
Great way to get a taste of Perth when short of time! It was efficient and punctual and the commentary was on point. Good value for money experience that's highly recommended!
Thank you for taking the time to give us such a lovely review. We are delighted that you enjoyed our tour and our beautiful city.
Not a good start. Hard to find. Poor signage.
We regret that our bus stops were difficult for you to find. Considering they are large, permanent structures—cemented into the pavement, standing at least 180cm tall, and painted in bright red and black to "stand out"—we must assume the signs you were looking for belong to a different service entirely. Our stops also feature a clear photo of the bus and the timetable, just in case their height and color somehow failed to catch your eye. The signs inside Kings Park and even larger! We have a map on the Perth Explorer web site that has a photo of each individual stop, showing the exact location on the road. We can do no more ....
With a spare day in Perth, we found this to be ideal. Creative, cruisey way to experience the city. Special shout out to Jason the driver.
Thank you for your fantastic review of the Perth Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour. We are delighted you found it an ideal way to see the city. We'll be sure to pass your thanks to Jason the driver.
Good driving, comfortable and safe. Leg room sufficient to be comfortable for tall person. Happy to travel with Viator again.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. While we appreciate 5-star feedback, I must point out that this review appears to be intended for a different business. We operate our bus tours exclusively within the Perth city area and do not go to Bunbury, which is 170 kms away. Please also note that Viator is an online tour agency and does not operate its own tours.
I have always wanted to write on the hop on hop off bus when I have travelled however never got the opportunity. It was a great adventure, being guided around the CBD of Perth, pointing out a lot of historic or important features that I had missed previously. It gave me ideas to go and visit an later date of different places, but it was a really enjoyable trip.
