Had the best guide in the world! It was such a pleasure to go with didi all the way up to the Gávea Stone. We will definitely do a hike again!
Safe travels and best wishes on all your future journeys! RIO NATURAL ECOTOURISM
Guide was excellent. The tour that uses rope to climb and repel down is the best. Avoids the VERY steep climb. Pack plenty of water and phone charger.
We hope to see you again soon for another memorable adventure! RIO NATURAL ECOTOURISM

Muito obrigado pela sua incrível avaliação! Ficamos muito felizes em saber que você teve uma experiência maravilhosa. RIO NATURAL ECOTOURISM
Our tour guide, Lucas was incredible! Lucas was very personable, ensured our safety and taught us many things along the way. We learned hiking techniques, about the indigenous and imported plants we saw, and some history of the region - all while experiencing breath taking views. Lucas was with us every step of the way and was there to assist and coach anyone in need. Along the way, we saw several monkeys and an ant-eater. The jungle and the mountain views were incredible! When it came to the rock-climbing portion of the trip, Lucas was an expert guide and guided us through the sketchy parts. To get to the very top, it is physically demanding because you will be climbing rocks, roots, and steep earth. The journey requires some problem solving and Lucas was there to coach and suggest solutions. We wish to thank Lucas for going above and beyond to make this hike one of the highlights of our trip to Rio!
Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We're delighted to hear you had such a wonderful time. RIO NATURAL ECOTOURISM
Came to Rio on a last-minute business trip and only had the weekend to play. As an avid hiker, wanted to hike somewhere with great views and chose Pedra da Gavea - an epic hike with 360 views of Rio! I'd highly recommend going with Rio Natural Ecotourism, a small hiking touring company. Ronald Bulha, our guide, was experienced, knowledgeable about the history of what we were seeing, kind and patient, guiding each of us through the small technical portion of the hike. The experience exceeded my expectations and look forward to coming back and hiking again with them.

Beautiful hiking and an amazing view. Strongly recommend to do it in a week day. We went on Saturday and was really crowded. Took much longer than expected. Need to be in good shape to complete the trekking.
Your positive feedback means a lot to us and motivates our team to keep up the good work. RIO NATURAL ECOTOURISM
I really loved the Pedra da Gávea hike. Our guide was very competent, spoke good english (which isn't always the case) and was always there to help, answer questions and take the best pictures for us. I recommend the hike to anyone which is physically able to hike a lot. It is the best view you can get of Rio de Janeiro!
