Pickup Locations & Times

Travelers must meet at Bali Hai Pier for check-in and the SINA Beach Club shuttle boat transfer. After booking confirmation, we will share the official SINA Beach Club voucher by email or WhatsApp. Please arrive at least 20–30 minutes before your preferred transfer time and present the voucher with a valid photo ID matching the lead traveler’s name. Venue staff will verify the booking and guide travelers to the shuttle boat. The boat transfer to SINA Beach Club takes approximately 10 minutes.
