Highly recommend doing the market day.

Very well run and comfortable for all levels for cooking skills. Wine was tasty but not as good as the food you cook. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The day started with a fun and informative visit to the local market, where we learned about fresh Italian ingredients and traditional cooking. Then we headed to the kitchen, where we made fresh pasta and tiramisu from scratch. The instructor was very engaging, professional, and made the class easy to follow for everyone. The hands-on cooking was a blast, and the final meal was delicious! It was such a warm and enjoyable atmosphere, and I left with new skills and great memories. A must-do in Florence for food lovers and curious travelers alike!

Unforgettable Cooking Class in Florence!

One of the highlights of my Italy trip! We started with a guided tour of Sant’Ambrogio Market, learning about fresh local ingredients. Then, we cooked tagliatelle with ragù, spinach and ricotta ravioli, and the best tiramisu I’ve ever had. The chef was friendly and made everything fun and approachable. The small group and shared meal with wine created a warm, authentic atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Florence!

Great class

My sister-in-law and I absolutely loved this cooking class in Florence! Starting the day at the Sant’Ambrogio Market, picking fresh ingredients with our chef, made it feel so authentic. The kitchen was cozy and welcoming, and we had so much fun learning to make pasta, ravioli, and tiramisu from scratch. Everything we made was delicious, and the wine pairings were the perfect touch. It was such a memorable and fun way to experience Italian culture together!
