Our travelling party, as a group of 5, cannot compliment or reccomend this cooking class any higher. Everything about it is 5 star. To begin, Marco, our chef. Who from the initial introductions, was welcoming, and full of knowledge. His enthusiasm for authentic traditional cooking was contagious and inspiring. We also loved the venue, arriving in this perfectly presented open kitchen, with everything awaiting and organised for us to begin our class. Plenty of space, whilst feeling like you are in someone's home kitchen. If considering doing a cooking class in Italy, do not hesitate to choose this one. Our group attended other cooking classes whilst travelling throughout Italy, and this surpassed them all without coming close.
I loved the experience! The space was very pleasant and the professor answered all our questions. He taught us the cooking techniques and tips for each of the recipes we practiced.
