Yesterday, May 30, 2026. I went to the amusement park in Madrid with my children and friends with their children. And it was disastrous. Now they no longer give you a wristband, and everything is reserved by phone. Due to the construction on the Extremadura promenade, the Movistar fiber was broken. And we had no way to make a reservation. We went to customer service 6 times, and their response was to claim it from Movistar. They should inform on the website, in large letters, that anyone with that company should not go to the park because you will not be able to enjoy it. A shame that we will not repeat and a complete rip-off. A 100% deception. And you talked about it with everyone who was like us, who were outraged. Regards
Good morning, I will share our experience in the park last Saturday. The park is nice, great for eating because there is a Burger King. And comparing it to other parks, there is little shade when going from one attraction to another; the asphalt was burning. As a suggestion, it would be great to have awnings and a microclimate, more "water." And now I will tell you what happened to me that made me very nervous. I was at the entrance of Abismo waiting for my daughter to get on, and I had my backpack practically at my feet. I looked for a second at my daughter, and when I looked down, she was not there. There was a Latin American man behind me looking at me, and my impulse was to leave. Then I saw my backpack right in front of me with a bunch of other backpacks, even a toy was placed on top by that man's family, and I said, "This is my backpack, what are you doing?" And one of them jumped in saying, "We took it to take it to lost and found." 😳 I said, "What?" I grabbed my backpack and got so nervous that I didn't say anything else, and they left immediately. I was lucky to realize it at that very moment. I don't know if they kicked it or what, I just felt someone and looked down, and she was not there. Anyway, it was a good day, but honestly, that really cut into my enjoyment. The Walking Dead attraction was good. The restrooms need cleaning.
All very cool very sensational especially tornado Abyss and tarantula very handsome the walking dead
Shameful queue management: one waits and twenty people sneak in. In the end, for an attraction, you end up waiting two hours. It is not worth fighting against the lack of education or mismanagement by park operators.
We have come together several times as a couple and we have always been happy, but today especially has been the one that most. One of the red jacket photographer boys when he entered us made several photos , with a smile and a joy that we started great but when he left came towards us already with the photos in hand , attentive , kind but very good person my partner gave him a hug it is nice to cross with people like that. We don't remember his name but he was a boy with long brown Latin hair we think, I work on February 28.
A fantastic park, which we were amazed at. For those who take their car they have free parking, I can't say the same as Warner because we paid from 15 to 18 Euros, I think expensive
I really like the amusement park, but it's awful to go, the Wagner is better organized. The queues are endless, waiting for 1 hour and a half, the children tired of waiting, horrible heat in the queues,... And since you won't see lines if there is only one operator per attraction, to place people, pass them, give to the machinery, reopen, let everything out,.... And which worse with more boredom and no blood in their veins, they should consider putting two more people in to make it all faster. They let you in food that's great!
October 11th. Excessive capacity more than obvious. We've been many times and yesterday was a nonsense. It coincides with a Mutua employee event and obviously gets out of hand. Even with feedback from the employees themselves. Queues are so slow that people multiply with speedy and mutual assistants (who also have quick passes). So people with disabilities have to hold queues of up to half an hour. Lack of foresight and objective of boxing. Too bad.
Attractions for the little ones are all nearby and without queues. It needs a renovation and some attractions were closed. It's okay to spend the day though high price. You can take your food
I visited in August with my 12 and 13 year old. We enjoyed our day on the while but the park is lacking atmosphere. The food and drink was suppose to open at 13.00 and it did not. Far too hot to not be able to buy a drink. Grumpy unprofessional staff. Tarantula the best ride there in our opinion. Would not return in a rush. Parque Warner def the better park.
