I had no idea from the description that this was just an audio tape that I was supposed to download onto my phone. So I went to the physical location to locate the guide. I waited and waited and waited but there was nobody there. I sent a message asking for help and almost four hours later the company replied telling me there was no actual tour guide. By then it was after 4pm and it was too late for me to do the tour. $50 to download audio with no actual tour guide? Who would have thought? I asked for my money back since I didn’t realize there was no tour guide and I never downloaded the audio, and was leaving Paris the next morning so couldn’t take the tour. Viator thus far has not refunded me the money.
Tour operator didn’t respond and the trip didn’t happened . It was most horrible experience so far with Viator
Audio quality was excellent and descriptions of venues was excellent thus I learned much history including trivia that was critical to understanding Montmartre
These audio guides are little gems! Super engaging and interesting stories, also gives you local recommendations and Instagram hotspots. 5/5!

Did the Instagram tour and the Père Lachaise tour a while ago and I really enjoyed them! This is such a cool audio guide concept, just like a podcast with two experts guiding you as you walk. Highly recommend these tours!
