You get what you pay for. It’s a ton of people and you wait in a ridiculously long line. Viator gave me a time of 9:30 but it seemed like you get in line and hopefully make that boat regardless of the time slot. One lady said she didn’t have a time slot provided for her with her ticket (through the boat tour company) So I guess you just hope for the best. Viator also gave me the wrong address so even though we arrived 30 minutes early, it was the wrong location and by the time the helpful girl at the other boat tour realized what had happened and had showed us on a map where to go, we missed the boat. I asked if it were possible to take a later boat since we missed ours due to a misinformation and the first guy wasn’t helpful.. He kept saying no, it’s not possible. Finally I asked to speak to someone in the ticket booth and he helped. Overall a bad experience (speed walking through Paris during the heatwave looking for the correct boat wasn’t ideal) and I messaged the provider several times with no luck. I guess for the price it was fine, but I would recommend spending a few more dollars and taking a smaller boat tour.
Terrible My tour was at 9:30 PM and the tickets arrived at 9:44 PM, I couldn't board and lost my money When I tried to communicate with them, no one responded
Even we had a ticket with a specific hour, we had to wait in a long queue for more than hour. I would rather have booked another cruise.
Get what you pay for. Price was good. Check in process was long and confusing. Should be able to walk right up to the boat after purchasing on line. Get there 30-60 minutes early and stand in the line to get ticket even after you purchase the “voucher”. On the boat, People will be standing up in front of you taking photos the entire time. I recommend sitting on the top in the front row, so nobody can stand in front of you. For @$20 a person to see the city at night, I guess it is worth it.
