As it says you just hop on at any stop and hop off at any stop. Cruise was well organised. Can recommend to anyone.
I wanted to utilise Batobus while in Paris to get to all the different attractions, however with the heatwave, the boat was too hot with no windows and direct sunlight which made it feel like being in a fishbowl. I had to get off the boat to walk as it was cooler than being on the boat. Also, very overpriced in general, compared to other countries.
It is exactly as promised. No commentary but easy access to great areas. Beautiful way to get overview of the city.
This was a great first day in Paris experience! Good for everyone! Highly recommend this trip for anyone
Horrible experience! Do not recommend in peak season, boat is always overpacked, have to wait for 2-4 batobus because the lines are insane and boats not more frequent when lots of tourists!
This was a scam. The boat did not show up, they oversold tickets and were not able to get almost anyone on the boats. Terribly run, staff not helpful. We stood in the hot sun with no shade waiting for a boat that never came. Waste of time and money. Do not book!
The boat was large, seats not very comfortable but view was good from any seat. It would have been better if they had someone talking about what you were seeing, but there was no narration.
Rude and poor customer service from the staff at Eiffel Tower stop. I had a technical issue loading my tickets and the staff would not let me back on board with my family, including a 6 year old child. I showed them my invoice, email, ticket showing I had paid for multiple tickets and they refused to let us on board. Due to the fact that I had purchased the tickets via Trip Advisor rather than Batobus directly, they told me they would not help and I had to contact Tripadvisor - as if Tripadvisor would be able to resend the tickets to me on the spot whilst I was standing waiting to board a boat in a foreign city! I had to re-purchase tickets via Batobus so we could get back on the boat as we had dedicated the day for specific sightseeing. I asked for a refund and it was declined. Boat was predominantly full of people taking selfies.
Great service and experience, would recommed for seeing the sights! No shade on the bus though!
Great way to see many attractions. Guide spoke English. Relaxing and informative. Viator is always our go to!
