We loved using the Paris Pass. I made sure ahead of time that we were going to see enough places to make the cost worth our while. It was great to be able to pay ahead of time for the pass. The downside of the pass was the learning curve. It took a lot of research to figure out the time frame and plan the itinerary. Most of the museums needed a museum pass. The Paris pass came with this pass but only for 2 days. So it took time to figure out what museums we wanted to see and how to fit them all into 2 days. My advice is buy this early and plan well in advance to give yourself time to figure it all out. Also, check hours on the pass close to your trip. I found that things changed from the time I planned my trip and when we actually went.
Our tour was amazing! Along with walking around the city to see places J.K Rowling was inspired for her books our guide took us to so many other places we may have missed on our own without her! Ended at the Shakespeare book store near the park with the oldest tree in Paris - been there since the 1600’s that inspired the womping willow. She’ll also tell you why to download flash invaders app to your phone for the walk. Thank you for such an amazing time..

Having purchased a Paris Pass thinking it was all-inclusive, there was no way to upgrade our pass. (We wanted the all-inclusive option by paying a difference, but nothing was possible). Previously, I requested to cancel to replace it, but nothing was done. In short, the customer service is a big zero. The service from the merchants is good. We present our pass and then we see what is included, but we felt that after submitting our request, we no longer saw them. It is difficult in some places to even get a carafe of water.

In some restaurants you are charged for using the Paris Pass, so it loses its appeal, and when you complain to the operator it tells you to check it with the restaurant. It is also difficult to tie activities as they have limited hours

Ideal for people who not only want to see museums, but also plan tours, boat trips or theme parks. If you only want to go to art museums, you can go cheaper with the pure Museum Pass. It was perfect for our mix of action and culture! We managed a total of 26 attractions within 6 days.

Although the pass is pricey, it makes life significantly easier for you, especially if you really want to play the tourist. The Bus can function as transit, although keep in mind its not always quick, depending where on the route you're coming from or want to go. I'm honestly not sure how much it actually saves you unless you want to run yourself ragged, but it does help with planning, etc.

Very easy to use at all locations. A full 1-week option would have been nice. Enjoyed the many opportunities to try food and drink. Every restaurant was v ery welcoming and prepared to serve up the included offer. Skip the line would have been helpful for the river cruise; the lines were extremely long in the evening. Don't remember if the option was available, but would like to have had the option to upgrade the Eiffel Tower from climb to elevator to 2nd floor. Another helpful feature would be the inclusion of a transportation pass. Very easy to get help any time of day.
