Fun and hugely informative tour of the Latin Quarter! Claire clearly and expertly explained the history and interesting stories of the area and was kindly able to answer a variety of questions! Strongly and warmly recommend!!
A thoroughly enjoyable and informative tour of the origins of Paris. Without a tour like this, there so much to be missed such as ruins and artifacts that remain today. Claire is an enthusiastic and very knowledgeable guide who explains everything in a relaxed way and welcomes questions and participation from the very young to the older generations. Totally recommend this tour! James and Susan
Johan was excellent, discovered some things about Paris we had not heard on our previous visits.
We had a lovely tour of St. Germain and the Latin Quarter with Johann yesterday. He was informative, attentive and very knowledgeable about the sites we visited and Paris history. Definitely worth your time and the cost. Don't miss it!
Had a great time with our guide Johann. Saw lots of places we would have had trouble finding. Johann was very knowledgeable while also being easy going. Would highly recommend this tour.
Johann Silva was our guide. He did an excellent job of taking us to the highlights in Old Paris and the Latin Quarter. He was very knowledgeable about French history and the churches/buildings that we visited. He shared all kinds of trivia facts past and present that were informative and interesting. He later sent us recommendations for shopping and restaurants. This was a great tour and gave us a good feel and appreciation for Old Paris and the Latin Quarter.
Claire was extremely knowledgable about the historical significance of the sights we visited. She was friendly and engaging and kept the participants interested the entire tour. We even got to visit her favorite crepe place and had lunch with the group. After the first part of the tour, the wife and I got to spend the afternoon with Claire riding the Metro and visiting the Eiffel Tour where we took a lot of crazy pics. I recommend this tour to everyone mindful there is quite a bit of walking. Do it! I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
