So it was super hot (heat dome) in Paris and we wanted to get indoors. This was a nice cool break from shopping in le marais. We had no reservation, just walked up, paid 49 euros (family of 4, 13 and 8yo) and spent maybe a little over an hour here. When we went it was not crowded, so was pretty ideal. Staff was not super friendly, but for me average for the area. Both my kids had a good time - don't get me wrong, this place is a small 2 story, maybe a couple thousand sq feet? so not cheap. The cite de sciences that we went to the day before was enormous compared to here, but my 13yo daughter enjoyed this place more. My 8yo was probably about even, since he had the kids area at cite de sciences, but I was surprised they liked it as much as they did. So a good break from shopping and the heat - but don't expect too much for your money. I wouldn't make it a destination for the day, just a hour excursion while shopping or eating in the area.
I expected a much larger space. Especially given the price. One can find the 5/6 setups online where they play with size. After that, they are illustrative photos of optics. In short, I expected more staging and especially a larger space. And many things are damaged or degraded. Fortunately, there were very few people because the circulation is not wide, and for the setups, it does not work if there are people around. In short, I was very disappointed for the price ($19/adult). The estimated time for the visit is one hour to an hour and a half on site; I, who always take my time, stayed for 45 minutes. It's a shame because the theme is very fun.
Knowing this Museum from other cities i learned, that in Paris for 20% of attractions you Pay 50% higher Price. Very Small and only the Vortex Tube is a real attraction. In other Locations they have more cool mirror and light rooms and also Great Little rooms. From all that i visited, Paris is the Most Boring. No lockers for your belongings, but stuff offered to take Bags into an unlocked cupboard.
For the price I found it rather expensive, we went around in 15 minutes great max we expected more
We stayed 15 minutes. It's small and of little interest. 19 euros place c is abused
Interesting museum but I expected more interactive experiences. The price is a little high compared to what is inside.
Very nice experience I advise to do it with family but a little crowded
The museum is small, poorly organized, taking pictures is complicated, a crazy world. There's really nothing special it's just high profile but it's not worth the visit especially for the price.
I think the museum is small as well as the attractions inside, frankly we quickly go around in 30 mm, it's really expensive for what it is. An important detail a toilet for everyone, no paper!
Better read a little before Explanations to understand with a 7-year-old are too bookish
