Valerie was an exceptional hostess helping us along with our difficult macarons, a very delicate process handled by a great teacher to ensure that everyone’s macarons came out great, very supportive and accommodating to all of our questions. It was a wonderful experience, would definitely recommend.
I LOVED THIS EXPERIENCE, I spent a very Parisian afternoon learning to prepare macarons while meeting people from other countries, having a glass of Rosé, and taking photos with the Polaroid camera 😍😍😍

Chloé made the whole afternoon feel effortless and fun. Her instructions were clear, and somehow our macarons came out looking like little jewels—shiny shells, perfect feet, the works. We tasted a few flavors she prepared for us, and they were incredible. I left with a box of my own creations and a small gift that felt genuinely thoughtful.

This class was such a lovely experience. We learned every step of making macarons, and the best part was getting to customize our own — I made a lavender one, and it turned out beautiful. The atmosphere was relaxed, the instructor was patient, and we even received a cocktail and some little gifts at the end. Such a thoughtful and memorable experience.
