Hafid Very knowledgeable. For people that don’t know a lot about art, he taught us a lot. Also kept it entertaining as well.
This tour was canceled by the operator just two days before our scheduled visit to the Louvre. While Viator should refund the booking, the short notice left us with no realistic opportunity to secure alternative Louvre tickets during our stay in Paris, as most dates were already sold out. I cannot comment on the quality of the tour itself since it never took place, but I was very disappointed by the late cancellation and the impact it had on our travel plans. When travelers are visiting from overseas and have limited time, a cancellation this close to the tour date meant we are missing a major attraction entirely.

Hiring a guide is not expensive and the convenience of getting into the louvre so quickly and without lines is worth slightly more. Great guide and love the extra history you get with a private guide.
