Itinerary
Join us for this 3-hour long food tour across one of the most famous and rich in history neighbourhood in Paris: Le Marais. You will have a full meal in at least 4 stops. All food included! Please, bear in mind that the tastings here described may change according to the season and the availabilities of our partners.
On this small island in the Seine river, you will have a taste of the most French dessert. You will feel like a true Parisian! small round cakes, inspired by meringues. The base is made from almond powder, sugar and eggs. The pastry is then baked in the oven until golden brown. So, have you guessed what they are?
Enter one of the most picturesque streets in the world: the iconic Rue des Rosiers! Rue des Rosiers is probably one of the main street of the old Jewish neighbourhood of Paris, named after the roses bushes that used to decorate this street in the past. Here, you will try a snack that's surprisingly typical from this neighbourhood (even though you would never think about it). What do you think it would be?
Rue de Rivoli is one of the most famous streets in Paris, that connects Place de La Concorde with Place de la Bastille and that's famous for it's architecture and luxury boutiques. Here, have a seat in an adorable local Bistrot to get a taste of a delicious main dish to continue your culinary journey, choosing between the famous croque-madame (much more than a simple French toast!) or the iconic onion soup.
Hôtel de Sully is a private mansion built in the XVII century that's now the seat of the the French national organization responsible for national heritage sites. Near this iconic landmark, in a typical Parisian Bistrot, you will taste a cheese selection, approved by local people. You will understand why you can't say "France" without saying "cheese".
A stunning green square in the middle of the city, with fountains, trees and historical monuments like Victor Hugo's house. In this amazing location, you will try the typical French choux: a puff pastry made with vanilla filling and sugar pearls. The perfect way to end the tour on a sweet note

Tannic was great and very informative
Achraf was a great guide! Lots of wonderful food. A really great tour!
Achraf was our guide very knowledgeable, really fun facts, great historical stories. Food was amazing. We had to reschedule and they were very helpful and accommodating.
Great food in stops we would have missed on our own. Plus the tour provided a historical and cultural perspective that you can only get by having conversations with a local guide.
Don’t use the map in the ap to find the meeting point. It does not match the meeting location. That miss on the Viator ap made us late. Nino was a good sport, as were the other tourists, and sent us the first spot on the tour. The tour was very interesting, and the food extremely good. Nino shared fun information and this tour was a good experience and a good value.
Nino was our tour guide today (July 12 at 11:00) and he was excellent! Very friendly and as a native of Paris he was full of interesting insights about the city and France in general. I would highly recommend this tour for the wonderful food, but mostly for the tour guide!
Our tour guide nino was an exceptional tour guide. He had lots of insight into the city of paris, how people act live and so on. I learned a lot about the city and each food location was a 10/10 spot. He was one of the best tour guides i have had of all my trip in paris highly recommend for anybody visiting paris.
This was such a fun and educational experience, with excellent food! My daughter and I loved kicking off our vacation with this tour. We never would have discovered Marais on our own, much less the restaurants we were able to enjoy. Our guide was energetic and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to explain not only facts about the metro, but about other parts of Paris too.
The guide Nino was well prepared and shared a lot of interesting information about the neighbourhood that is not in travel guides. The tour was therefore very entertaining and a lot of fun. The food stops were great.
Really enjoyed our evening tour experience with Yannic L. He was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable about everything Paris! We spent nearly 3 hours with him and time flew by. Would highly recommend him and this tour!
