Itinerary
Meet your guide at Abbesses Metro Station in Montmartre and get to know the group before you set off. You start the day in one of Paris’s most character-filled neighborhoods, where café corners and steep streets hint at the hilltop views ahead.
Step back in time at the Moulin de la Galette, a historic windmill turned lively hotspot in the heart of Montmartre! Once a favorite haunt of artists like Renoir and Toulouse-Lautrec, this charming spot is where Parisians danced, dined, and soaked in the bohemian spirit. Today, its whimsical history and iconic setting make it a must-see for anyone wanting to capture the true essence of old-world Paris.
Tucked away on a picturesque corner of Montmartre, La Maison Rose is a charming pink café that feels like stepping into a postcard! Once a hangout for artists like Picasso, its pastel facade and cozy vibe make it a favorite spot for those looking to capture the romantic, bohemian spirit of Paris.
Discover one of the most romantic spots in Montmartre, and learn the story behind the iconic ''Wall of Love''
Make your way up to Sacré-Cœur for sweeping views over Paris and a closer look at the basilica’s bright exterior. Hear the story behind this landmark and why Montmartre’s hill has long been a magnet for painters, writers, and musicians.
Next, ride the metro with your guide and get comfortable moving around Paris like a local. In under an hour, you arrive on Île de la Cité, the historic heart of the city where medieval Paris still feels close to the surface.
Capture some photos in front of the stunning Gothic arches of the Sainte-Chapelle and soak up its majestic exterior vibes.
Pass by the oldest standing bridge in Paris enjoying panoramic views of the city. Marvel at its charming arches, discover the rich history of this landmark, from its role as a bustling marketplace to its connections with famous figures like Henri IV. Take in stunning views of the Seine and the city while learning the captivating stories behind this beautiful bridge that has spanned centuries of Parisian life.
As you stroll past the iconic Conciergerie of Paris with your expert guide, uncover its fascinating role during the French Revolution. Once a grim holding place for prisoners, this historic site was where many awaited their fate—most notably, Marie Antoinette, who was sentenced to the guillotine. Dive into the gripping stories of those who passed through its walls and experience the rich history that still lingers in the air.
After your visit to Ile de la-Cite, we’ll head over to another Parisian gem—Notre Dame. As you stand before this Gothic beauty, you’ll hear the fascinating stories behind its towering spires, quirky gargoyles, and stunning rose windows. Even though the 2019 fire left its mark, Notre Dame remains a powerful symbol of resilience for the city of Paris.
Hop back on the metro for a quick journey to the Louvre. Before heading inside, you'll have a break to enjoy lunch (at own expense). Ask your guide for recommendations; they know the best spots around.
After lunch, its time for the next bucket list item. Experience the Louvre like never before with our 90-minute tour that dives straight into the museum's most influential works. Marvel at two iconic Greek statues—the Venus of Milo and The Winged Victory of Samothrace—each rich with mystery and history. Our expert guide will share captivating stories about their meanings and origins, bringing these masterpieces to life.
Finally, your guide will lead you past other highlights before unveiling the crown jewel of the collection: Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa. The Mona Lisa, or La Joconde, is the star of the Louvre, captivating millions with her mysterious smile and enchanting gaze. Your guided visit finishes inside the Louvre, so you can keep exploring on your own if you want. With the layout and key works fresh in mind, it’s easy to choose a wing and slow down for the pieces that interest you most.

The night before the tour, we received a text that our group was being separated! Two of the five of us were 'upgraded' to a private tour because our original tour had too many people??? We had booked this months ahead! We did NOT want to be upgraded, we wanted to be kept together. Highly disappointing and it ruined the tour as we had to make special arrangements for transportation back to our vacation home. Never again Tour Guy!!! (As for the tour itself, you spend more time on the metro going from location to location than actually visiting the sites. Would do it differently had we known.)
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Estelle. We’re sorry to hear that the group adjustment affected your experience and caused inconvenience for your party. We understand how important it is to stay together when traveling, especially when plans are made in advance. In situations like this, please note that unless we are informed ahead of time that certain guests are traveling together, we are not always able to identify group connections in advance when operational adjustments are required. When changes are made close to departure, they are based on availability and logistical needs at that time. We do our best to accommodate all guests fairly, but we recognize that separating members of the same party can be disappointing, and we regret any disruption this caused to your plans. We appreciate your feedback and will share it with our team as we continue working to improve our guest experience.
Walking tour up and down hills. Guide, Sofia was great. Willing to take pictures for the group. Very informative

Our tour guide (Catherine) was sooo knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The pace of the day was not too fast. It was perfect in every way. Thank you so much for an amazing day!

Very pleasant tour. Our guides were very knowledable. We had one for the walk and another for the Louvre.
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed both guides and had a pleasant experience exploring Paris.
Monica was amazing! Patient and knowledgeable. You get to see a little bit of everything and the Louvre skip the line totally worth it. Plenty of breaks and plenty time for lunch. I will say the walking is intense. Pretty much walking the whole time and at the end when we got to the Musuem my legs almost fell off. But also partly because the Louvre is so crowded and hot. Not the tour’s fault in anyway. Overall I would totally recommend. But be aware you will be walking a lot.
Thank you for your feedback! We’re happy Monica made your day engaging and that you enjoyed the skip-the-line Louvre experience.
Our Paris in a Day tour was fantastic! We had limited time in the city and wanted to see as much as possible in one day, and this tour was the perfect solution. We were able to visit all the major sites and experience so much of Paris in a short amount of time. Be prepared for a lot of walking, but the pace was manageable, and we had opportunities to take breaks, sit down, and rest along the way. The experience was absolutely worth it, and our amazing guide Felix made the day truly special with his knowledge, enthusiasm, and personal touch. We left feeling like we had made the most of our time in Paris and would highly recommend this tour to anyone with a limited schedule.
Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re glad you were able to see so much of Paris in one day and make the most of your limited time.
Excellent experience in montmatre ; Amira was very genuine and made good use of time and pace. Didn’t like that we had to switch the guides in Leuvre though. Otherwise amazing experience.
Thank you for your feedback! We’re happy you enjoyed Montmartre with Amira. We appreciate your note about the guide change at the Louvre and will share it with our team.
We booked a semi-private tour which was changed to a small group tour a few days ahead. No problem. Except… what was NOT clear was the tour time had changed from 8:50am to 8:00am. We don’t realize this until we received a text saying the tour guide was running late and would arrive by 8:15! We were forced to skip breakfast and rush out the door to meet our tour on time. Not the way we wanted to start our tour in Paris
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m sorry to hear about the confusion surrounding your departure time and the impact this had on the start of your day in Paris. We understand how important clear and consistent communication is, especially when guests are planning their mornings around a scheduled tour. While operational adjustments such as group consolidations can occasionally require schedule updates, it is never our intention for these changes to create uncertainty or inconvenience. Your comments about the timing not being clearly communicated ahead of time are very helpful, and we will review this internally with our operations team to ensure our messaging is as clear and proactive as possible in the future. We appreciate you still joining the tour under those circumstances and hope that, once underway, you were able to enjoy the experience with your guide. Thank you again for your feedback. Kind regards,

Absolutely amazing excursion! Our tour guide, Andrei, was extraordinary! He was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire experience unforgettable. His energy, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. He even gave his group his list of favorite restaurants. This is a walking tour with some train rides included as well so be prepared for weather conditions and dress comfortably. Andrei did a phenomenal job making sure our group stayed together for the train ride and walking tours. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Andrei as your guide! Enjoy! You will learn a lot!!
