- The entrance to Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris is free and open to all. The services offered are independent of access to the interior of the building.
- Entrance into religious sites requires a strict dress code. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women
- The tour including the Cathedral lasts 1h30 and consists of a 1-hour guided walk followed by approximately 30 minutes of self-guided time inside the Cathedral.
- If selected, upgrade your tour with a Guided Visit Inside Notre Dame (30 min walking tour and 1h guided tour of the Cathedral)
- Extra measures may be implemented due to heightened global security. As a result, we may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering Notre Dame Cathedral. Informative tour and guide was very entertaining and knowledge . Saint chapelle is a beautiful church and stir stain glass is breathtaking
Not as described at time of purchase due to Viator not the guide. I choose tour of interior of St Chapelle with guide. Guide instead only escorted us into the church courtyard to enter. This was after 90 minutes of walking in the heat.

Mo, our guide, was very knowledgeable. She combined history and art and put it into a framework to help us better understand and appreciate what we are seeing. She also gave us general art knowledge that we used when looking at other art after the tour, e.g., the halos, blue, and other symbols used in early art. I also liked the use of the microphone and earbuds. Highly recommend this tour!
The tour was NOT what was presented online. I bought a guided tour of Sainte-Chapelle (according to the description) and once the transaction was complete, I was sent a confirmation for a "Paris guided tour with access to Notre Dame or Sainte-Chapelle". It was actually a walking tour of the Ile de Cite with no inside access to either church. What a rip-off. It was a total bait and switch. The tour guide, Melanie, was lovely and so knowledgeable, but once we realized she wouldn't be taking us inside Sainte-Chapelle, we left the tour to stand in line with everyone else who didn't have tickets. It was a waste of over an hour and super frustrating after spending $100 thinking I was buying a fast pass to get in on a personal tour.

Mina was a friendly knowledgeable guide. She was friendly and respectful. She gave us what to wear rules and asked for scarves for the women that needed to cover their shoulders.
Great tour. It was longer than we expected(so plan for almost 2 hours). BUT we learned a lot of history! It was a great walking historical account of the Island. We saw the outside of Notre Dame and entry into Saint Chapelle. We saw the outside of Notre Dome Emily was our guide and she was excellent. Bring a bottle of water at the start- or you could be almost 2 hours without any.
