- Infants aged 0-3 years old must buy a standard adult ticket to participate in this activity
- Drinks and knives are not allowed at the Eiffel Tower. Security will ask you to dispose of these
- Items not allowed in the tower include: oversized luggage or bags, climbing or jumping gear (especially bungee jumping and parachutes), publicity materials of any kind, child buggies/strollers that are not foldable, animals, except those required by disabled visitors, glass bottles, drink cans, excessive amount of food or drink
- Latecomers will not be granted entry to the tower or any from of refund even partial.
- Entry is reserved at a specific time slot. Tickets cannot be modified, exchanged, or refunded
- Tickets cannot be picked up in advance and alternate meeting points are not possible
- Adult pricing applies to all travelers from 0-99 years old
- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your chosen time.
- The meeting point is NOT the Eiffel Tower it is our office There is no alternate meeting point possible

Very efficient and comfortable way to reach the top of the Iron Lady maybe a little bit expensive but worth it

Excellent tour. The guide was very helpful with navigating the entry process and providing historical information about the tower.
It’s the perfect tour! A warm reception from our tour guide and friendly meeting of fellow travelers in the group, along with a short history of the tower and an escort to 2nd floor then set free to explore at our leisure. We enjoyed champagne at top and stayed for dinner with a spectacular view of Paris. Wonderful!
The tour was informative and took a little of the stress out of the experience as you could just follow your leader and not worry about finding your app, tickets, etc! Highly recommend!
Quick way to beat the lines. It was slightly less crowded when we went (8pm). Great view of Paris, the only thing you can’t see is the Eiffel Tower!

The guide Marie was good and informative presented was also good. The basics were getting to tower and access to second floor. Not much else in the way of a tour per se.
Our guide, Marcella, was wonderful. She shared many interesting stories about the tower that helped us to put it into historical perspective and really made the visit much more meaningful. I would 100% take another tour with her.
Price worth the access , easy to find store front desk attendant very helpful and within walking range of good food option of Paris
