Paris Croissant Small-Group Baking Class with a Chef

Description
It all starts with a warm cup of tea or coffee before jumping right into the crafting of your own Buttery Croissant, Pain au Chocolat (or chocolate croissant) and the Pain au Raisin ! Small groups of 8 allow the chef to follow closely how you learn new skills and knowledge. First, discover the equipment, the ingredients, and the theory behind the making of the croissant. You will be making it from scratch with quality ingredients we selected from our local producers. Then kneading the predough is where it all begins. You will provide the last ingredient with the rolling pin as you roll out the finished dough from which you will shape your own pastries! Time will do the rest while they rest and bake. It all ends well with the tasting of what you have baked and the always instructive chat about your trip to Paris. We, as chefs, are very happy to give you our culinary advice, recommendations, and opinions and also learn from you. Don’t forget to take away the leftovers!

My 22 year old daughter and I really enjoyed this class! Brie, our chef, was so fun & knowledgeable. The class was 8 people which felt like the perfect number. Everything was timed perfectly, so there was always something to do and learn, and of course, being able to eat what we made was fabulous!
Lauren was magnifique! Such detailed instructions; this was definitely a hands on class where you learn every step of the croissant process. I highly recommend!!
Rosalie was great! Very patient and kind, especially with the kids (12 year old girl and 11 year old boy) and a very hot day (not good for making butter croissants)! The pastries were delicious and you walk away with plenty to enjoy. One of the top 5 things we did while in France.
This class was fabulous! The chef was engaging and made it fun for our daughter who was the only child in the class. The croissants came out delicious too. Highly recommend!
You will leave this croissant baking class with an insider’s understanding of what makes a great croissant! Do you know how many layers of butter your dough must have? You will when you leave and you’ll have rolled and folded those layers! The end products are straight from the oven for you to take home and enjoy. All recipes are provided so that you can reproduce at home and amaze your family! Or hold your own croissant making party and amaze your friends!
We had a great time in the class. Leslie was a great instructor and so fun! And the croissants and pain du chocolate were amazing!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Our teacher was very patient and knowledgeable. I wish I could do this everyday!
Leslie was our instructor and she was fantastic! She explained everything well, helped us, and was very friendly the whole time. We learned a lot and made some delicious croissants and pain au chocolates to take away. Highly recommend!
We had an absolutely amazing experience! The baking class was so much fun for our whole family, our chef (Rosalie) was wonderful, she paced everything perfectly, shared her love for baking with us and really created such a fun envoirment. This is a MUST do in Paris and we would highly recommend requesting Rosalie when booking!
My husband and I had the LOVELIEST time at this Paris Baking Class!!! Our pastry chef (her first name started with a P) was DARLING; and slowly and thoroughly led us through the process. She shared valuable baking knowledge; and was so organized, fun and patient. This experience was a HIGHLIGHT of our trip to Paris!
