DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR! The company is a scam. We were told two separate meeting points and we visited both of them. The first one we asked an agent that was working their and were informed that the tour does not meet there and he has never heard of the company. The second location we visited several other tours were meeting at the same time and we were there 45 mins early. We asked every operator and they each contacted their company stating that the tour group does not exist. We then waited an additional 25 mins after our tour was supposed to meet and no one showed up. Prior to our tour time we messaged the company on viator app and they never responded to us. We have then tried to get a refund through Viator and the tour group denied it stating they tried to contact us several times. This is a complete lie. This is a fraudulent and fake company. I have been to Europe countless times and I will never use the Viator app again and especially this company because of this experience. Please use Expedia or book tours in person!
Meeting point in the ad isn't ant all accurate. Customer service blamed me for not seeing in the wall of text WhatsApp message that the netting point was another place, and I was just supposed to not trust the main page meeting place.
