Uneventful trip from Charles de Gaulle airport to our Paris hotel. It was, as expected, a good transfer ride.
If I had zero stars available that is what I would have rated this experience. My driver, Rashid Muhammad, never showed up. I advised before hand that it would take time to clear customs and obtain luggage. I had to pay a different company for the trip to town. I alerted Viator, who said the driver repeatedly tried to contact me, which is absolutely FALSE. After several attempts with Viator to refund the $89 paid, they have agrees only to refund $24. So, I ended up paying almost $200 for a trip that should have cost the original $89. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - try GetYourGuide.

We had to wait on the driver after a long flight due to poor planning on his part. He then proceeded to cram us all (3) into the back seat of a small Skoda because he did not want someone sitting next to him. My recommendation: use another service.

Although there was communication before the ride, we were at our designated spot on time. Unfortunately our ride didn’t show up at all. Missed flight. Big expense.

Don't book here! They claim they didn't get my updates to my flight changes (which I sent them) so they had me as a no show at the airport. I had to hire a taxi instead.

Terrible experience. Would give Viator less than 1 if possible. Never received local driver’s contact information from Viator and were not contacted by the driver on arrival, as promised. The driver did not show up at airport and we had to get and pay for alternate transportation. Viator refused to provide a refund of $90 charge and refused to accept any responsibility for local operator’s failure to perform.

The lines are CDG took 2 hrs to go thru immigration while the driver waited and cost me another $120 US For his wait time.. Total $228; the driver should have been aware of this and delayed for 1 hr plus
