The bus had air! The ride was so worth it. We also did the cruise. Once you're at the cruise area go to the ticket booth for your pass to get on the boat.
A great introduction to main sights in Paris. The availability of translated guidance via headphones was also helpful.

Sold me a ticket inlay 2pm afternoon. Says good for 24hr. Due to extreme heat my co traveler suffered a heat exhaustion and could not travel yet they refused to refund when I called at 10am next morning. Still within 24hr.

The bus is great to hop on and off, if you have time to spend between the stops. Most buses stop at 5:30 pm with only a few going to limited stops until 6:30 pm. It is a great way to get an idea of where and how far apart points of interest are located.

Beautiful and excellent tour, truly wonderful.
A wonderful opportunity to see the city. Was only there for 3 days. I did the tour without getting off. Unfortunately, there is very little information, even about things you pass by, like the Louvre or Notre Dame; you hardly get any information. Instead, there is a lot of music or side information that repeats itself. That's really a shame, and I know it differently from other cities. The practical thing is that there is only one land route. This way, you don't have to transfer.
Really great. Better than expected. The bus route went to many city highlights and had an excellent audio guide. Perfect for a Paris arrival day while still jet lagged. Very easy to hop on and off. Highly recommend !
This was a good choice for us--family of 4, spending one full day in Paris, in nice but warm weather. Cruise was very pleasant and a nice way to see city. Buses were plentiful and very convenient to get on/off, the audio guide on the bus (with free earbuds) was nice to listen to, and the printed maps helped us get our bearings, too. Overall we probably could have found a cheaper option but this was worth it to us to see the sights in an easy, hassle-free way. Would recommend.
When we travel and only have one day for sightseeing, we usually use a hop on hop off tour. Buses were located in convenient tourist spots. We found the dialogue was lacking in explanation of buildings and landmarks.
I was never able to access the tickets and therefore could never participate in the activity. They say to register on the Big Bus app to get the official tickets, but the number they give us has too many digits; it does not work. I communicated with the support service, which could not help me further. But the worst part is that in addition to having lost my day of activity, Viator does not want to refund me. Never do business with them! A completely wasted day, and I had to pay for it.
