- Children are allowed, but they must be accompanied by an adult. Kids under the age of 5 can join free of charge, but they won’t be able to participate in the hands-on baking experience due to safety concerns.
- This tour requires you to be able to stand for an extended period of time.
- Plan to show up 15 minutes early. This experience starts promptly, and you may not be able to join if you arrive late.
- We follow a set recipe with various flavor options and can't make substitutions. The macarons use both dairy and almond powder. While they are gluten-free, the bakery uses wheat in other products and is not a gluten-free facility.

My husband and I were looking for an experience different than the usual tourist attractions. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and explained each step of the process clearly. There was no doubt we would be successful making macarons for the first time with her support.

We booked this class for our travel group with ages 15-94. Jess was amazingly patient and skilled at keeping us on task to make delicious macaroons. It’s a small group and we got to meet other travelers that were in our group. We got to make three colors or macaroons and three different fillings. Book this activity and enjoy your macroons !!!

This was an enjoyable two hours where we got to prep and then make the macarons. You end up cooking a batch of about 30. If I have one complaint it would be that as a couple you “share” the practice of making the macarons, whereas if you’re a solo participant you just make your own. I’m fine for it to be a shared activity, just the price is per person. Basically, I just wanted to walk away with more macarons!
This is the perfect class for learning the technicalities of making macaroni. The environment is fun and really instills confidence in the craft. Highly highly highly recommend!!

We had a GREAT time doing this activity. Paulette was awesome- she had a fun sense of humor and made us feel right at home. My husband and I really don’t do much cooking/baking, so this was way out of our comfort zone… she made it so much fun! We actually left with too many macarons to eat. It was also very cool to go “behind the scenes” of a real, working bakery. Loved it!
