- Children are allowed, but they must be accompanied by an adult. Kids under the age of 5 can join free of charge, but they won’t be able to participate in the hands-on baking experience due to safety concerns.
- This tour requires you to be able to stand for an extended period of time. It is 15 steps to the bakery on the 2nd floor with no elevator.

This was an amazing experience. The kids absolutely loved it. We learned so much and our teacher was so sweet. Even gave us recipes. AAA must do when in Paris.

Kind of a scam. The company doesn’t buy tickets until you go into the security area and there is no guarantee you can get to the summit. Tour guide information was super basic stuff. We ended up not getting to summit with the guide, a refund was offered but takes 5-7 days to receive it. We went back down on our own, bought summit tickets on our own and went immediately to the top. Bad experience, would not recommend this group at all

To clarify, as stated on the booking page, this is not a skip-the-line tour, and summit access to the Eiffel Tower is always subject to availability and operational conditions set and controlled by the Eiffel Tower itself. When the summit is closed or access is restricted, it is unfortunately not something we can override on-site. When summit access is not possible, we do follow our policy and offer a refund, which you correctly received. We understand waiting for processing isn’t ideal, but this timeframe is standard with payment providers and outside our control. We understand this can be disappointing, especially on a visit like this. We always aim to be transparent about what is and isn’t included, precisely to prevent misunderstandings like this. The woman conducting the experience was great. The space and the operations are not suited to be running this type of business. It’s a very busy, operational bakery. The staff, understandably, doesn’t really want you there. After a short while, we didn’t want to be there either. Interesting experience, fun for kids, but I would pick another version of the same thing somewhere else.

Great host. Loved learning and helping to bake - about half and half. Love being in a real working bakery. Very kind people and glad we booked it with our kids that love baking.
We came here on a Saturday morning and the bakery was bustling. You could tell it was a locally run shop. It was a really great experience to be part of the action. The dough for the baguette and croissant are premade so we got to roll it out. But we learned about the French way of kneading and rolling. We did make some financiers from scratch which was fun, and something we would make when we get home. Would recommend but set your expectations.

Paula was my instructor and she was so great! She had knowledge about history of Paris and since this was the only “excursion” activity I did, I loved that I got to learn some history for my first time in Paris. Our group size was perfect with just 4 of us. Sad I couldn’t take my croissant home but we got to take everything else! It was so good.
Paula was amazing ! She gave us a good background of the bakery and industry that I never knew I could learn about. The baking experience was very hands-on and well-paced. The class was about 2 hrs long and we got to make 3 types of bakery items. I thought the experience was well-worth the admission price :)

This baguette making experience was so much more than we expected. When we were waiting to get into the baking class, we were offered coffee and given some free pastries. In the class, we also made bread, almond cake and learned how to properly roll croissants. Sania, our class instructor, was very complementary to us as students and positive and knowledgable.
