Very bad experience – not recommended at all From minute one, total disorganization. They ask you to arrive 30 minutes in advance, but when you do, they look at you with a surprised face because they haven’t even opened. The Service and Service are lousy. We pay to spend a pleasant Sunday, and instead, we end up leaving at 11:30 after an endless wait without clear explanations. Once we finally boarded, the ship had mechanical problems that they had obviously known before, but they did nothing about it. After hours of waiting, they began to say that the engine was not working properly and that there was a risk of overheating. All this while the employees acted like we didn't understand the situation. Seeing the general discontent, they tried to improvise a departure in an hour, but due to the abysmal experience and attitude of the staff, we decided to ask for the money back. The worst part was hearing one employee tell another, visibly stressed: "What happened? It can burn, right? And why don't you put them all in there and burn them? You'd love to do it." Unacceptable. All the more reason we ask for a refund and we decided never to return. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.

Nos sorprende tanto como a ti… porque lo que cuentas es digno de una novela dramática más que de una salida en barco. 😅 Nos deja perplejos imaginar que alguien de nuestro equipo haya dicho semejante barbaridad como “¡que se quemen todos!” —de ser cierto, ¡ya estaríamos en Netflix con una serie de suspenso! La verdad, nos resulta tan raro, raro, raro que vamos a valorar seriamente si no se trata de un comentario malintencionado de alguien de la competencia. Nuestros clientes habituales saben que pedimos puntualidad precisamente para evitar demoras, que los barcos pasan revisiones constantes y que, por supuesto, la seguridad de las personas es lo primero. Pero bueno… agradecemos tu reseña tan “creativa”. Y por si acaso, seguiremos atentos, no sea que algún guionista nos robe la trama. 🎬😉 Saludos cordiales, El equipo
The parasailing experience was great. However, it took three hours to do a 15min activity. The communication from staff was poor about realistic waiting times and photos and video were €30.

Our guide was amazing!! He gave us options to dip our legs into the water while parasailing. He also kept my weight a secret from my husband. Lol. Felt safe and comfortable on the entire experience. Highly recommend. They also have banana boats, jet skis, and water cars with great pricing.

This was a once in a lifetime experience and that is not an exaggeration. The staff of JetScoot and the crew of the vessel were enthusiastic, expert, and incredibly helpful. There was a wheelchair bound young lady on our trip and they treated her with amazing kindness and care. Seeing her smile when the parasail began lifting her up with her caregiver was so beautiful. Our flight was wonderfully quiet and felt like freedom. I can’t say enough good things about JetScoot. If we ever go to Barcelona again we will surely go back again.
