I have done parasailing with this provider four times already and have always been very satisfied. This time, unfortunately, the organization was not quite as good. I received the already paid photos and videos only after several WhatsApp messages and calls on my part, even though they were promised within 30 minutes via WhatsApp. That was disappointing. Additionally, I thought one would receive a GoPro with a wrist mount, that’s how I knew it too. Instead, one of the young men on the boat filmed everything with his phone! Drinks, as they are actually listed on the homepage, were not offered to us either. What a shame! Nevertheless, I would book again in the hope that this time it was just poorly organized, and that it will go better next time.
Great expérience ! Good atmosphere ! But i think it would be better if the pictures were included in the price. We paid a lot of money for the parasailing, the picture should be included.

Unfortunately, agreements are not adhered to. First, the times that were booked are changed -2h before departure, and then we are sent poorly quality pictures via WhatsApp. Not even HD. Questions will not be answered.

I went parasailing with Actividades Náuticas Torrevieja, and it was incredible. Breathtaking view of the coast and maximum sense of safety. The staff is super professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommended if you are in the area! You can’t go wrong with them. 10 out of 10!
The parasailing was very enjoyable. However the driver of the boat drove far too fast over the choppy sea. We were jolted completely off our seats as the boat nearly left the water and then crashed back down. I genuinely thought we were going to be thrown out of the boat. We shouted to him to slow down and it seemed as if he accelerated more. I wretched my back and my sister cut her elbow to the point of bleeding. I've parasailed in Campomor and it was fab. Hello, we've spoken with the captain and he remembers the situation perfectly. The problem is that there was a bit of swell, which is a little more uncomfortable for the passengers. It's better when the sea is calm. We're glad you enjoyed yourself and we're sorry you left dissatisfied because of the waves. It's not a question of flying from Campoamor or Torrevieja; it's a question of whether the sea is rough or calm. Unfortunately, there are waves in Campoamor as well. We were treated at all times by a very friendly, polite and professional staff. We are very grateful. It's our second time.
Beautiful sensations it is a shame that too loud music and lack of sympathy from the staff spoil the experience a little.
We booked from their website. It was 15:40 to parachute at 20:00. I paid online. We leave Cabo Roi to go there. At 19:20 I received a call telling me that I could not make the parachute at 20:00 that they were full asking me to come back the next day. It was our last day. They made me wait and then say ok you come. On the boat, photos forbidden to sell you their photos. Only when you arrive at the dock, the photos are not ready we waited 10 minutes then we left without any memory. Yes, I remember paying 250€ for 10/15 minutes of parachute to 4 and a passenger on board who is not allowed to use his phone. Viva espana...!
