We booked the parasailing including hotel transfer. The parasailing itself was really a great experience and was a lot of fun. It is well-suited, especially for people who have some fear of heights or deep water, because you feel safe in the harness the whole time and the flight is relatively relaxed. Unfortunately, the rest of the tour was a big disappointment. The organization was very chaotic and unprofessional. There were hardly any explanations about the schedule, so you often did not know what was happening next or how long you had to wait. The waiting times were also very long. I found it particularly critical that far too many people were put into a small rubber dinghy at the same time. It was also very crowded on the parasailing boat, which did not give a safe impression. Some staff members were also very unfriendly to the guests and sometimes shouted loudly instead of giving instructions calmly. Overall, the entire team seemed hectic and not very trustworthy. I would do the actual parasailing again anytime, but not with this provider. Better organization, more communication, and more professional treatment of guests would significantly improve the experience.

We had a bad experience because we were for less then 3 minuts in the sky. We paid €25 for 15 Minutes and not for only less then 3 minutes. Also the safety, the lock didnt close and they told me not to worry about it. In my experienc the lock should always be closed. What was positive? The people are sweet and so friendly

Regarding safety, this does not reflect our operating standards, as all equipment is checked and secured before every flight. Please provide your booking reference number or the name used for the reservation so our reservations team can review the case and investigate what happened, if this booking was indeed made with us.
