Fantasic Day With Shoes

We had a wonderful day out with Shoes seeing some of the sites along the Panarama Route. During the morning there was a lot of mist around which meant that at some of the sites the views were not as good as they could be but this was no problem for Shoes - he simply took us elsewhere then returned when the viewing improved. From the moment he picked us up at our lodge it was like we were with a friend. Highly recommended

Excellent Friend and Tour Guide

Travelled with my girlfriend to Hoedspruit and we attempted to rent a car and did not work out. Luckily while with rental company bumped into Shoes and he introduced himself. Gave him a call to visit panorama route and was available so went ahead. And from our experiences he was one of the best guides we had. He was very knowledgeable about everything and knew the details to all our questions or concerns we had. He was very lenient with timing and let us wander around. He seemed to know almost every single person in town which made it very comforting to know we were with someone safe and well known. I would only choose him when I return to Hoedspruit again for transfers or tours and highly recommend to anyone looking for transfers and tours and don’t have their own car.

Vacation Saved!

Thanks to the amazing “Shoes” and his team, my wife and I were able to relax and experience four incredible days. He literally saved our vacation! Upon arrival, We found ourselves in an unfortunate lodging situation with inattentive management. After running into his own difficulties with the lodge when arrranging pick-up for the Panarama Route, Shoes declared us to be his guests for the rest of our stay. From that point forward we received unreal attention and hospitality. At the end of the tour that first day, Shoes stopped at the market so that we could buy food and provisions to take back to our self-catering lodge. The next two days we went on the Kruger day safari - first with Hendrik, then with Petrick. Both were excellent and each day was special in its own way. Day four, Shoes arranged transfer for us to a wildlife rehab centre (an hour’s drive from our lodge), so that we could visit our daughter who we would leave behind to volunteer for the next six weeks. Lastly, he arranged transfer for us to the airport. Truly remarkable. Thank you, Shoes!! Tim & Gina USA
