Loved seeing Valldemossa but didn’t feel like there was enough time to explore the city, the guide had a tendency to walk and talk in busy area so the people in the back couldn’t hear

Please note that the Additional Information section of this tour description clearly states that this tour is not wheelchair accessible and may not be convenient for people with limited walking ability. Listening to the guide while being one block behind the group is understandably complicated. At the same time, we are not able to slow the standard group pace to the needs of guests who can hardly walk. When booking future activities with Viator, we strongly recommend being mindful of fellow cruisers with limited time ashore and booking a private tour, which allows you to move at your own pace. We were at the meeting place that was given to us on our paperwork, and asked a number of people, but no one was there and we did not get our tour.

Our tour guide was exceptional. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about Palma and had a great sense of humor. I would have given the tour 5 stars if we would have had a break for lunch or would have been able to stay longer in the charming villages we saw.
The tour was as described, but there wasn’t enough time in many of these locations for us physically to go inside. Well, the write up for the tour clearly stated that the entrance fee was not included, I thought it still would’ve given us the opportunity to see some of these sites. Some sites were only viewed from the outside. Further, we had some elderly passengers on our tour, and the tour guide was not waiting for them. There were situations where he was across the street and up the road before the last passenger receiving off the bus. A couple of people had complained more than once.

Locations visited were definitely worth visiting but large group with various physical abilities was not ideal. A smaller group or taxi might have been better.

As for sharing the tour with elderly fellow cruisers, if you prefer not to share the experience and would rather explore at your own pace, we strongly recommend considering a private tour instead of a shared tour. Taxi service is available as well. However, please note that a taxi to Valldemossa and back would cost at least twice as much as you paid for the tour, not to mention the lack of a guide or any commentary. Safe travels!
