The tour then takes you to a traditional parrilla, where you’ll try the famous choripán, our most beloved sandwich and a staple of local street food. I think my fellow travelers should know that we learnt about the food and cuts of Argentina. We have tasted several cuts of meat and learnt about wine pairing as well in regards of each cut. Also the difference between the types of beef and how it was raised.
